Event Dates
Please be advised of the following music festival event dates:
  • Coachella 1:
    04/13/2023 - 04/16/2023
  • Coachella 2:
    04/20/2023 - 04/23/2023
  • Stagecoach:
    04/27/2023 - 04/30/2023
Guests attending the festivals can arrive any time on the Thursday before the event weekend and leave anytime on the Monday directly after that weekend.
How to add a Package:
To add a package please follow these steps:
  1. Add any Shuttle Passes that you may want.
    After you add 1 you can change the quantity by clicking the "Change" link under Quantity in the "Your Reservation" section above.
  2. Find the package on the right that is the type that you want (RV, Tent, etc.)
  3. Click "Add +"
    4. The package has been added, but you still need to add the reservation itself.
  4. To add your reservation:
    You can go to the "Sites" tab:
    1. Select your dates (see above) and click "Search".
    2. Click on "Book" for the type of reservation that matches your package (RV for RV Package, etc).
    Or go to the "Pick a Site" page to pick a specific site:
    1. Select your dates (see above) and check the option that matches your Package (RV for RV Package, etc.) and then click "Search".
    2. Click on a site that is available (highlighted green).
    3. Click on "Book" to select that site.
  5. Click "Checkout" and follow through the remaining steps to finish your reservation.
